ENGAGED?
Congratulations on your engagement!
We recommend that you book your first appointment no earlier than one year before your wedding, as available dresses will change from one season to another.
Our designers require up to 7 months delivery time and our collaborating tailor would like to start alterations 2-3 months ahead of your wedding.
If your wedding date is spring or summer, we recommend ordering the dress during early fall. For fall weddings we recommend ordering before Easter.
LATE?
Don't worry, we have several gowns in stock, and we sell selected store samples off the rack. Some of our designers can deliver on rush with a shorter time frame.
BOOKING?
We are open by appointment only and a pre-booked appointment is required to try on dresses and view our accessories. Find available appointments through our booking system.
You may also call us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Afternoon and weekend appointments are in demand and we recommend booking well in advance.
DROP-IN?
You are welcome to drop by to have a look prior to booking an appointment, but please call us in advance, to make sure we are available to assist you.
Drop-in is not possible on Saturdays.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
You will have our full attention for 75 minutes. All our consultants have extensive experience from the bridal industry. We will guide you through our collections, choose gowns based on your style, size and personality, and service you throughout the appointment.
We recommend that you wear seamless, nude-colored underwear and minimal make-up for the appointment

FAMILY AND FRIENDS
We invite you to bring your maid of honor, friends or family whose opinion you value. We recommend limiting the number of guests to three as we are an intimate and private showroom.
Trust your own feelings and say yes to the dress which "wow's" you!
BABIES AND CHILDREN?
Kids are adorable, but we recommend not bringing them to your appointment. If needed you may bring the sleepingbasket/seat inside, and leave the stroller outside. Saturdays are adults only.
PHOTOS?
Your are more than welcome to take pictures during the appointment, but the most important impression is the one you get while wearing the dress. A store sample is a store sample and will only in rare cases fit perfectly.
PRICE?
The majority of our gowns are found within the range of NOK 25,000 to 35,000. Our selection spans from NOK 10.000,- to 100.000,-
SELECTION
We have a curated selection of gowns from all over the world. The list of our designers is constantly evolving and we might only have a few styles available from certain designers.
Dresses can be ordered in most sizes, but store samples are usually between size 34-40. Our styles are usually made of soft and light constructions. If you require a more structured gown and in need of more support our selection will be limited.
If the sample is too big or too small we have creative ways to pin and show you how the gown will look when it’s closer to your actual size. The size differs from one designer to another and we order your gown based on the measurement chart for each designer.
DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE...?
Sometimes it takes a second visit to say "yes". You can book a follow-up appointment free of charge and we will reserve another 75 minutes for you.
YES!
When you find "the one", we will take your measurements, seal the deal and order your gown according to the designers size chart.
PAYMENT?
A 50% deposit is required upon purchase. The remaining amount will be payable when the gown arrives to our store and ready for pick up. We accept all cards, or we may send you an invoice.
Store samples are paid in full.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of made-to-order dresses, sample sale dresses & accessories, all sales are final.
NOW WHAT?
Your gown will be ordered upon receipt of your deposit. We will contact you as soon as your gown has arrived, and will schedule an appointment for you to try on and pick up your gown. You will then pay your remaining balance.
You will have time to accessorize and finalize your look and we will give you our recommendations for tailoring and adjustments.
ALTERATIONS?
Your gown will usually require alterations to ensure your gown fits you perfectly. Alteration fees are not included.
Based on our experience the tailoring expenses range between NOK 5.000,- and 15.000,- based on the work required.
We recommend EBI Skredderi in Bygdøy allé 19, tel 91325164 and Majorstua Systudio AS in Industrigata 60, tel 40082500. Tailor appointments are agreed directly with the selected tailor and will be held 2-3 months before the wedding. You are of course welcome to choose a tailor of your own choice.
We may accompany you on the first appointment at one of our recommended tailors at a cost of NOK 900,- per hour.
DRY CLEANING
Have fun on your wedding day! Your gown will need a dry-clean anyway. We recommend Vinderen Rens - renseri.no and allRens Skedsmokorset - allrens.no
UNFORTUNATELY…
We do not have dresses for rent, and we do not sell evening gowns or menswear.
