The Statement provides information of data processing performed by the data controller and describes the purpose thereof.
Processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to meet our contract obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with the salon by mail, follow-up of orders, time-booking, sharing of important information and accounting.
When marketing by email / sms, we obtain explicit consent in advance.
By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.
If you have objections regarding our practices, you also have the opportunity to appeal to the Data Protection Authority.
Collected information
Information can be recorded and stored when you register for an appointment at online, e-mail or by phone, or make a purchase.
Where do we store information about you and when do we share your information with others?
Physical storage on paper: If you find your wedding dress with us, we will store information that is necessary to follow up your order. Information stored is information relevant to our sales agreement which includes personal information such as name, address, phone number, email, wedding date and dress size.
3rd party suppliers
The data controller also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.
Dress Suppliers: Name, dress size and wedding date will be shared with the supplier who receives your dress order to identify and keep track of our orders with them.
One.com is our email management system. All incoming and outgoing emails are stored at one.com
Onlinebooq.net manages our online booking service and when you book an appointment with us, the personal information you provide will be stored in their cloud-based service.
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis to better optimize our website. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Visma is our accounting system and data needed for accounting is stored here. This may include information such as Name, address, telephone number, order information, relevant to produce an invoice.
If you pay by card in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Izettle for processing the payment.
Communication through e-mail and sms: As a customer you will receive e-mails and sms about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you email / sms with confirmation of created appointment, change of appointments, deletion of appointments. We will also use e-mail or telephone if we need to get in contact in order to follow up on your customer relationship - eg. Follow-up after an appointment, updates with regards to your order, scheduling of tailor appointment, etc.
Transparency and correction: You are entitled to access the information that is registered about you. If the recorded information is incorrect or incomplete, you may require that the information is corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion: Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
